RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We strive to make you happy with your purchase from us. You can always, within 10 days of receipt,

  • return the product(s) for store credits which has a validity period of one month; OR
  • exchange the product(s) with another product(s) of your choice.

 

 

RETURNS

 

All returned product(s) must be in their original condition (i.e. product must not be damaged in any way), un-used with tags and in a saleable condition. You must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase.

 

The following product(s) is NOT ELIGIBLE for returns:

  • Product(s) purchased in physical store or counter.
  • Product(s) purchased from third parties.
  • Product(s) purchased during stock clearance.
  • Product(s) purchased during promotions where returns are strictly not allowed.
  • Product(s) with minor defects (i.e. small removable stains, loose threads).

 

Q : How do I return a product(s)?

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  2. Fill in the following and email to info@decellini.com or WhatsApp +6012 447 9279.

Reason For Return/Exchange : (i.e. size not fit / exchange for different colour / unsatisfactory product / defective / wrongly delivered / others – please state)

 

  1. Pack your product(s) as it was received in its original box or packaging and seal the parcel.
  2. Drop your parcel off at any nearest courier service.
  3. All returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving the Return Number to the address below:

* DeCellini is NOT responsible for any missing or damaged during return shipping until they reached us.

* DeCellini reserves the right to deny a return if the product(s) is damaged during transit or does not meet our return policy. The product(s) will then be returned to you at your cost.

 

Q : Who will pay for the shipping fee?

We do not offer free shipping on returns. You are responsible for any return shipping fee incurred UNLESS the product(s) received is damaged / defective / wrongly delivered.

 

Q : When will I receive my store credits?

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the returned product(s) and issue store credits excluding shipping fee (Please refer to Delivery for the shipping fee charged) directly into your DeCellini account within 3 working days. If the product(s) has been discounted, store credits issued will be based on the net amount that you have paid. The store credits will have a validity period of one month.

 

Kindly note that product(s) purchased with store credits will not be eligible for further returns or exchange.

 


 

EXCHANGE

 

If you wish to exchange your product(s) with another size, colour or product(s), please email us at info@decellini.com or WhatsApp +6012 447 9279 (for us to check for the product availability) and return your first purchase. For the product(s) return, the terms are the same as above.

 

Kindly note that product(s) exchanged will not be eligible for further returns or exchange.

 

Q : Who will pay for the shipping fee?

You are required to top-up the shipping fee for us to deliver the exchange product(s) to you. (Please refer to Delivery for the exchange shipping fee)

 

Q : What if the product(s) exchanged is of different value?

If the product(s) of your choice is of a higher value, a top-up is necessary. If the product(s) is of a lower value, refunds will only be made in-store credits with one month validity period.
